Soft Colors Soft Yarn

I couldn't resist this delicious fiber from Dyeing For Colour! It was part of my last year's Christmas present to myself and I finally rescued it from stash doldrums and gave it some happy play time! Her photo is a little over-exposed but it's a combination of grey and muted lilac with lots of turquoise and light purple Firestar tossed in. It spun like a dream, like all her fiber does - no pre-drafting, just undo the braid and away you go!

I made it a 2-ply to get as much yardage as possible because I went back to her shop some time later and found I couldn't get any more! This skein is 3.9 ounces, 330 yds so it's a DK weight - baby soft with just enough sparkle to keep it from being boring! I know it will knit up into something grand but hopefully not by me! I posted it in my Etsy Shop and it has been Favorited quite a few times - now if someone would just buy it! LOL! (August has been a VERY slow month and I'd love to buy some more fiber!)
