More Crochet Nintendo Toys
DD #2 has been at it again! Fans of the Nintendo Kirby series will likely recognize Whispy Woods, the level boss of several games. She chickened out with the eyes and just glued on felt pieces but I don't blame her. She must have frogged this project 7 or 8 times before she was satisfied with the proportions and how the pieces fit together. I think she was glad to see the end of it! LOL!
This is Meta Knight, also from the Kirby series. I couldn't count how many times my youngest brought her the basket he was in, trying to encourage her to finish it! It was really cute! He's such a huge Kirby fan! It's hard to tell though who gets more pleasure out of this - her enjoying making them to spoil him, or him getting the toys to play with!
She really put a lot of detail into this and she crocheted everything on this one, eyes included! His epaulettes, his cape and crest - everything! He stands all by himself - not an easy thing to achieve, so she found! Here are some shots of the side and back. Kirby Super Star forever!

I've never had any kind of game console, prefering to play D&D RPG type games on the 'puter. Obviously I was missing out on more than I thought, these guys are cute!
