A Trio of Tees

People everywhere (other than here) are buzzing about the onset of Spring so I thought a great project for pre-summer would be a t-shirt or two.

First up is this blue Lakeshore Pullover Tee from Tahki Stacey Charles. I really like the texture and the front insert. It adds that little extra something to this design and makes it so much more than "just a t-shirt", don't you think?

Next up is this stripy Raglan Tee from our pals at Lion Brand. I'm not sure what they knit it out of but I can sure see it knit in a semi-solid, or maybe some exciting indy dyed silk blend. Who says a simple style like this has to be knit in plain cotton? That's the true beauty of this simple design - it's like a blank sheet of paper just waiting for your imagination! How about some embroidered details - or?

Last, but certainly not least, is this Charlotte Tee from Tahki Stacey Charles. I really liked the detailing - the lacey hem and cuffs take an ordinary t-shirt and make it dressy enough for something other than every-day wear. Again, I think a silk blend would lend luxurious drape to this classic style, or maybe a bamboo blend for hot summer evenings?
