Making Good Use of Oddments

When I was done the Pinwheel sweater I had some odd bits of beads from the fringe left after trimming so I took the beads off the original thread and turned them into stitch markers. Funny, it doesn't seem to matter how many I make I never seem to have enough when I cast on a new project! I like these because the beads are acrylic so are very lightweight in spite of their size. I'm sure it won't be long before they're on my needles holding the place for something!

They are very pretty but I use those small rubber bands from wal mart. I use the bigger pony tale size to double it if I did an increase row and leave it a single wrap if it is plain knit row.

Great! They look to fit at least a 10 needle, right?

The rings are an 8mm so they would work fine for a US size 10 - you've got a pretty sharp eye there!
