New Category: Classic Posts
I finally had the time last night to sit and do a little job I've wanted to do for a long time now - archive my best posts. The majority of my posts tend to be chatty little ditties but over time there have been bursts of topical observation and the occasionally erudite rant. Things like my predicting the decline of novelty yarns - which I have noticed recently at 10 balls for $5 or less on several websites - as well as thoughts on "clown barf" dye jobs and the undervaluing of handmade items which prompted my rather ugly "Heirlooms are Handmade" sidebar buttons. (The idea was to inspire you to make your own!). I have collected them under the Category Archive of "Classic Posts" (on my sidebar) so days when you're bored and come here looking for for idle reading (and I haven't posted anything new) you can click on Classic Posts and be entertained. Yes - I am trying very hard to keep a straight face....hrmmmph!
