Plying Marathon - Part 2

Here is the lovely superwash top I bought from Susan at Dog Lover's Yarn Etsy Shop. DK weight, 10-11 wpi, Navajo 3-ply, 233 yards, about 5 1/2 oz. The 2nd shot is closest to the true color.

This is the Dragonfly superwash Merino top from Bonker's. Worsted weight, 9 wpi, Navajo 3-ply, 281 yds, about 8 oz.

And last but certainly not least (since they took the bulk of the work!!) is the confetti wool with cotton nebs. Sport weight, 11 - 12 wpi, 2-ply, in 3 skeins. 2 skeins weigh 19 oz each, one weighs 18 oz. The 18 oz skein has approx 929 yards (and I think I deserve a medal for sitting and actually counting the wraps!!) as for the other 2, I think it's safe to say they have more....

Don't let anyone tell you that spinning isn't "work". Both my butt cheeks are stiff from the treadling marathon!! But I have to admit I'm pretty proud of the outcome! My next spinning project will be smaller.... I think....

I'm speechless! They are all beautiful. I would have loved to have a closer look of the confetti yarn. How can they be so big? You must have truly jumbo bobbins. Sitting through that would have driven me mad. Congratulations! :o)
